SMS / Text Message Program (Appointment Reminders):

HaloPrime operates an SMS text message program to send transactional appointment reminders to customers who have scheduled a DISH or Starlink installation. These messages include the appointment window, the assigned technician's first name and direct cell number, and the HaloPrime office phone number.

You consent to receive these text messages by providing your mobile number when you schedule an installation with HaloPrime, either by phone with a HaloPrime representative or through DISH's installation scheduling process. Message frequency is recurring and tied to your scheduled appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

HaloPrime does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
